I’m excited to be launching and leading the Next Generation Leadership Programme for the Institute for Family Business, later on today.

After much planning and preparation, this interactive  programme, will take a group of aspiring leaders on an amazing leadership journey over the next six months and beyond.

The only course of its kind in the UK, the IFB NxG Leadership Programme focuses on both family leadership and business leadership helping participants balance their unique role as owners, and potentially, managers of the family enterprise.

This exciting learning journey is being supported by a team of successful family business owners and other inspirational guest speakers. Everyone on the programme will benefit from one-to-one mentoring with an experienced family business owner throughout, as well as  peer-to-peer learning and feedback and ongoing support.
