I am extremely excited that the Institute of Family Business (IFB) Next Generation Leadership Programme, that I both designed and delivered, has been awarded the Spear’s Next Generation Award 2014, highlighting its innovation in the field of next generation education.

The programme has been developed to help prepare future family business leaders for their unique role as owners, and potentially managers, of the family enterprise.

The interactive course is taught over three modules taking the participants on a leadership journey. It focuses on both family leadership and business leadership; helping participants to gain a better understanding of themselves, their leadership style and their personal development needs for the future.

It has been an amazing opportunity to work with the IFB on designing and delivering this programme and a real privilege to be part of the leadership journey of our latest cohort. I am looking forward to kicking off with a new cohort later in 2016. Contact me if you would like more details.
