I’m looking forward to a truly inspirational day at Cranfield for their annual VentureDay this week. I’m exciting to be running a session on Succession, entitled ‘Inside Out and Outside In’  With an amazing panel consisting of Hannah Marriage, W & H Marriage & Sons, Dr Sam Ahir, Makevale Group and Jonathan Grant, Apollo Partners, we will delve into the topic of succession and what can be done to help smooth the process. We will explored subjects like bringing in non-family professions as well as some of the challenges faced by the next generation as they strive to build credibility and legitimacy in their own rights.
